Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College (TSDC) was established in the academic year 2016 and is approved by the Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The College complies with all norms and standards prescribed by the University of Mumbai.

Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Grade ‘A’ in its first accreditation cycle, effective from 17th January 2023 to 16th January 2028. To further strengthen its quality assurance framework, the College has also adopted the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Students are evaluated through a well-defined continuous assessment system, along with examinations conducted by the University of Mumbai. Successful candidates are awarded Undergraduate Degrees in their respective specializations by the University of Mumbai. Graduates of the College are widely accepted in both private and public sector industries and organizations.

The students are assessed through a well-defined continuous assessment system examination conducted by the University of Mumbai. The successful candidates are awarded Graduate in respective specialization by the University of Mumbai. These students are widely accepted by the private as well as the public sector industries and organisations.
