Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension:
Objective of Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension (DLLE): To develop among
students a sense
of responsibility towards society. To prepare students for a greater social commitment.
To enhance
student employability skills.
Students of this department participate in various activities such as, training programs,
UDAAN festival, social awareness, project reports, poster competition etc.
Some of the glimpses are as follow:
ANNAPOORNA MAHOTSAV
In order to enjoy a great range of dishes and entertaining games, this "Fun and Food
Fest" was organised. The food's flavour, cleanliness, presentation, and stall
display were all considered in the evaluation process. Winners were honoured.
Students enthusiastically participated from all departments. With the help of
the
ZSCT’s Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College administration and management.
BLOOD DONATION
The major goal of this gathering was blood donation in order to save numerous priceless lives. Students from all departments enthusiastically participated. With the help of the ZSCT’s Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College and with special appreciation to our esteemed principal sir, we were able to make this occasion a huge success. We sincerely appreciate the assistance and leadership provided by our DLLE Incharges.
UDAAN
Every year, UDAAN festivals will be held at various institutions to raise community awareness of the extension work being done by the University of Mumbai through its affiliated colleges. to raise awareness of social concerns by holding competitions for outreach initiatives with an emphasis on college students. To provide students with possibilities to develop their abilities to relate to new avenues in management, education, and entrepreneurship in our contemporary technology world.
ORPHANAGE VISIT
The major goal of this programme was to bring joy to the orphan kids and make their Diwali celebration unforgettable. The kids participated in a variety of games and activities to put a smile on their gorgeous faces. Every student enthusiastically took part. With the help of the Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College administration at ZSCT, and with special appreciation to our esteemed Principal, we were able to make this occasion a huge success. A special thanks to our DLLE coordinator, for supporting and directing the children during the event.
SAPLINGS DISTRIBUTION
Every student enthusiastically took part. With the help of the management of ZSCT and
Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College, this event was a huge success.

SEMINAR ON TRAFFIC RULES
The Primary Goal Of This Event Is To Raise Public Knowledge Of Fundamental Traffic Laws. Our Main Goal Is To Share Joy And Protect Valuable Lives For The Next Generation. Every DLLE Member Was Actively Taking Part. With The Help Of The Administrations Of Thakur Vidyamandir High School And Junior College And ZSCT’s Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College, This Event Was A Huge Success. Additionally, A Particular Thank You To Senior Police Inspector "Mr. Ramesh Bhambe" And The Maharashtra Traffic Police.
