A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Arts (Culinary Arts)
shall have
passed standard XII / 10 + 2 examination (any stream) from any recognized education
board or
its equivalent from India or abroad.
Candidates who has passed Std X and successfully completed a diploma in any stream of
minimum two years duration from any recognized education board/university from India or
abroad
The selection criteria for admission will be on the basis of written examination and

B.Sc (Hospitality Studies)
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Degree Course Bachelor of Science
(Hospitality Studies) shall have passed XII Standard Examination in any
discipline/stream of any
state Board for Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent from India or abroad and
secured
not less than 45% marks in aggregate (44.5% to 44.99%) may be rounded of to 45% (In case
of
Reserved Category 40% marks in aggregate) (39.5% to 39.99% and may be rounded off to
40%).

Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.)
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the B.M.S. degree course
shall have passed the H.S.C.(Std. XII) examination of the Maharashtra State Board of

Secondary Education or its equivalent examination or a diploma in any engineering branch
conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State with two years or three
years
or four years duration after passing S.S.C. examination or its equivalent.
B.Sc. (Information Technology)
Candidate shall have passed H.S.C. examination of the Maharashtra State Board of

and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Mathematics as-one of the subject
and
have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of reserved
category
candidate) Students who have passed Diploma in Computer Engg. / Computer Science /
Computer Technology / IT / Electronic / Allied branches, will be eligible for direct
admission to
second year of B.Sc. IT.

Thakur Shyamnarayan Degree College is affiliated to the University of Mumbai.
It offers Three Year
integrated course in Science, Leading to Interdisciplinary B.Sc., Degree in
Microbiology

Students aspiring to purse the course need to have completed the 10+2 level of
education Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects at H.Sc. level.
